Yeh Mampeh Waterfall, which means “flying water” in Balinese, is the natural icon of Les Village, Tejakula, Buleleng. Located about 38 km east of Singaraja, this 30-meter-high waterfall offers a majestic panorama as water plunges freely from a tall cliff, creating the illusion that it floats in the air before reaching the ground.

The journey to_Yeh Mampeh_ involves a 1 km trek through hilly paths and shady trees, giving visitors a calming experience surrounded by pure nature. At the base of the waterfall lies a natural pool, perfect for relaxation, though visitors should take care of slippery rocks and strong currents, especially during the rainy season. The atmosphere here is truly unspoiled — with beams of sunlight glistening through the leaves, cool breezes, and the refreshing scent of wet earth.

Along the trekking route, travelers will also pass Yeh Anakan, a sacred water stream preserved by the local community. While not a tourist attraction, this site holds strong spiritual value, and visitors are encouraged to respect the local wisdom and traditions tied to it.

One unique aspect of Yeh Mampeh is that mobile internet signals begin to fade after crossing the first bridge of the trekking path. This disconnection allows travelers to embrace the moment fully — leaving behind digital distractions and immersing themselves in the serenity of nature.
