Dapoer Bali Moela, located in Les Village, Tejakula, Buleleng, was founded by Jro Mangku Gede Yudiawan — a chef and cultural leader who envisioned reviving the culinary heritage of Bali Mula. More than just a dining space, this kitchen connects people with their cultural roots, where every dish tells a story of history, philosophy, and the daily life of the Balinese people.

The menu highlights the rich flavors of North Bali, from the spicy Lawar Tabia Bun, the refreshing Be Pasih Mekuah with aromatic broth, to grilled barracuda fish satay. All dishes are prepared with_Base Genep_, Bali’s signature spice blend, freshly ground by hand. Traditional cooking methods using wood-fired stoves and handmade tools give each dish an authentic aroma and taste. Ingredients come directly from the village — fresh fish from local fishermen, vegetables from community gardens, natural sea salt, and even homemade arak and palm sugar syrup.

Guests are welcomed warmly with herbal drinks like ginger and lemongrass tea, and can explore the spice garden, kitchen, and salt-making process. This authenticity has drawn international media attention, including The Washington Post and Condé Nast Traveler, positioning Dapoer Bali Moela not only as a culinary destination but also as a symbol of cultural preservation and community empowerment in Les Village.
